Drop-Down Menu
The mission of the Union County Personal Needs Pantry is to serve members of the community and to help them meet basic needs. We believe that when basic needs are met, families at risk are able to produce a positive contribution in the community where they live and work. The pantry is committed to providing a community service that helps to increase and foster healthy family environments.

Personal Needs Pantry
The Union County Personal Needs Pantry services low-income families who reside in Union Country by assisting in supplying costly hygienic and cleaning products that cannot be purchased with food stamps. Families may visit the PNP once a month as long as they have a current referral, which is renewed annually. Referrals are made through social agencies or other professional positions that are qualified to verify the family’s state of need. The PNP is funded through United Way grant, Union County Senior Services Grant, and donations from businesses, churches, and private; and is a Mid-Ohio Foodbank agency. Also contributing are drives conducted through various school, church and private groups. The PNP is 100% operated through volunteers, all donations are distributed to the families who visit the PNP.
